Sweet ‘Scapes Catering was born out of a love for cooking and entertaining my friends and family. Ever since my mother taught me how to bake at an early age; cheesecake along with cupcakes have been my passion!
Today my cheesecakes please and surprise both cheesecake lovers and so called cheesecake "haters". In fact, many of these so called cheesecake "haters" have exclaimed "I don't like cheesecake, but I LOVE yours!" I am driven to create new and exciting flavors that not only gives you a food experience that you will remember, but also leave you craving more!
My mission is to give you a delicious dessert that leaves you satisfied and happy! I am in the business of baking with love and passion to bring loved ones together.
My mind is always coming up new and interesting flavor combinations; in fact I am currently working on a White Chocolate Almond cupcake that promises to be a huge hit and a new fan favorite!

Chef Kima starting cooking and baking at the age of 5. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2006. After graduation she began working at the prestigious Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. Kima has sinced moved to Orlando Florida so she can continue her quest for culinary knowledge, and share her passion of baking with you!
